Pamela A. Brown – CEO

Leading and guiding the network is Ms. Pamela Brown.  She is a dynamic operations/management professional with extensive leadership experience in industrial, transportation, and manufacturing arenas. She has successfully integrated solid management, business development, personal leadership, and technical expertise in pursuit of bottom-line goals and objectives. With 20 years of demonstrated experience in complex demanding roles and leading start-up organizations, Pamela is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in new market identification, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.  She has a cultivated command presence and a strong repertoire of cross-functional corporate knowledge and skills.  She is considered a skillful Six Sigma expert. Pamela is an experienced and accomplished SME in Kanban, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kaizen methodologies.

Pamela has been successful in assembling a network of diverse transportation companies that are currently composed of over 300 trucks with dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, and chemical/gasoline tankers.  In addition to the transportation component, the network encompasses a minority-owned freight brokerage and certified minority-owned 3PL warehouse companies as well. The transportation network has the capacity to service every state within the United States.  The safety score for the network is satisfactory and every carrier within the network more than adequate coverage on cargo, aggregate, and general liability.
